SYNOPSIS (ENG)
A young Argentinian woman is making a film about the patriarchal oppressions experienced by women in the
contemporaneity; after filming and her life were interrupted due to her mother's stroke, she decided to reveal her own family history.
When the events of her childhood, her mother's experiences and her grandmother's memories intrude into the filming, what motivated her to film others emerges from her personal world.

Paula Compagnucci (Argentina)
Audiovisual producer of films with a territorial anchor and gender perspective. Graduated in Film and TV, she specialized in the area of directing at EICTV (Cuba), currently a PhD student in Semiotics (CONICET), addressing themes that link regionalist studies on cinema with feminist film theories. She is part of DOCLA with whom she was part of the Museo a Cielo Abierto Ercilla (Chile) and there she coordinated the documentary "Aukinko, el eco de Todas Nosotras" (2022).
He is currently directing “Hija de tu madre”, a project recognized with the First Prize “Contest for the Development of Documentary Feature Films” from the Audiovisual Pole of the Province of Córdoba; first prize “Development Category” at LABEX 2019, Argentina; project winner of a creation scholarship from the National Arts Fund; selection "Corriente V: Latin American Meeting of Non-Fiction Cinema" Arequipa, Peru; selection "Bolivia Lab 2020: Laboratory for Analysis and Clinic of Cinematographic Projects in Development"; in 2021 he was the winner of the Award "Contest for the Production of Documentary Feature Films" from the Audiovisual Pole of the Province of Córdoba"; and in 2023 he participated in Talents Buenos Aires.
